Dear guests, we wish You a warm welcome and a pleasant stay in our Hotel «I» and we kindly ask You to take notice of the following:
- Only guests who have checked in at the reception desk may use the accommodation services of the Hotel «I».
All accomodation have to be paid on a date of arrival, when you check-in. We do not accept payment during the stay or payment on the departure.
- Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from
6-10.00 a.m., lunch from 12-3.00 p.m. and dinner from 6-10.00 p.m. Please do not take food ouf of the restaurant, you will be chraged 60 kn, for the price of the breakfast.
- On the day of your departure, please check out at the reception desk by 10.00 a.m. and leave the room by 12 o´clock. Please note, if you do not leave the room until 12:00, hotel reserves a right to charge you 350 kn for daily rest.
- Hand over the key at the reception before departure. Each lost, or broken key will be charged 70 kn per key.
- You can store your valuables, money and passports in the safe at the reception. The hotel is not responsible for any loss.
- It is not permitted to plug any electronic set into the sockets of the room or to bring in easily flammable substances, or to wash and dry clothes in the rooms.
- Please handle the inventory and equipment with care; otherwise, we shall be forced to charge You for the damage.
Upon the arrival, all guests and group of guests are obligated to leave the deposit for the damage, 300 kn per individual guest, and 75 kn per guest in the group. Depost will be returned back at the check out in no damage is done. If damage is done, we will charge it from the deposit.
- It is not permitted to take items of the room inventory (pillows, blankets, towels etc.) out of the hotel.
- We kindly ask all guests to show consideration for others and not to make noise that could disturb other guests.
- We kindly ask You to report any possible complaints or wishes to the reception desk.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole hotel. Fine for smoking is 750 kn per person.
Complaints from guests, both agency and individual, shall be taken into consideration if made during the course of the stay at the Hotel. Subsequent complaints shall not be considered.
